So I have been really frustrated with my art lately... So i started doing some photos studies and studies from life. I have to gain my patience and confidence back! Next week i will go and paint here http://www.nrm.se/. I can't wait! Went today and drew this 2 birds! There's more stuff there of course! 

I also started working on a little book! Will work from time to time in PS and write on it! But for now just wanted to spoil it a bit! Will show you guys later on the portrait of the main character! The Story is based on my dream ;)

Always painting

I cannot stop painting... Today i almost gave up on painting my friend Frida from school... but ... I did it... gonna try and put mor time into my work ._. and start doing some commissions ^^

Today's Work

So last week I started this lion. I used different photos plus documentaries of lions and so on... God I wish i had one in front of me ( behind bars : P ) so i can just paint him from life! It took me 3 hours when i started this one... and worked a bit on it today for like 30 min to do this and that. 

I really love the result... and I love alla prima painting.... Searching for your voice... and appealing to people's taste to make a living is one hell of a decision hehe 

Also how my figure pose is turning out. Just a detail. Should have taken a full photo! 
You can also see.. that when painting the lion... the canvas shows. I need to experiment more and just get some work done and reach out there!
