Hannah Webb

I had the chance to paint Hannah Webb, the daughter of a friend of mine. This is unsual small painting size for me, 22x26cm alla prima oil on linen.

It is good practice since I have a small commissions waiting for me and I wanted to paint from life before starting on it.

Painting your pet

I love painting animals so I had the chance to paint this awesome little guy trying to do a trick to get a treat! I do work from photos but I also painted dogs from life ( which is harder but more fun and more demanding from the owner and the dog )

American Portrait Society Certificate of Excellence Awarded

 I am super super happy about this.

 I am one of the 41 people that where select for one of the best achieved portraits of 2014.
I did not expect this since I finished my school last year and I am still working on my art and developing everyday. 

I am hopping to end up going to America where fine art is really appreciated and so so much going on when it comes to art. 

This was my entry for the contest.
